证券时报e公司讯，新黄浦(600638)1月22日晚间公告，公司拟转让所持有的10%上海微星住房租赁运营有限公司（简称“上海微星”）股权，股权转让对价暂估为1.7亿元。预计本次股权转让完成后将产生净收益约5000万元－7000万元之间，占公司2023年度经审计归属于普通股股东的净利润50%以上。
