2025年1月21日，汇中股份(300371.SZ)公告称，公司董事会于近日收到副董事长、董事董建国的书面辞职报告。董建国因个人原因（退休）申请辞去公司副董事长、董事职务，辞职后不再担任公司及控股子公司任何职务。
截至本公告日，董建国持有公司股份552.4801万股，占公司总股本2.75%。
