北京商报讯（记者 冉黎黎）1月20日晚间，中化岩土（002542）披露2024年度业绩预告称，预计实现归属净利润亏损12.5亿—15.5亿元。
对于业绩变动原因，中化岩土表示，公司新签订单较少，合同价格较低，同时受结算影响，导致收入减少，对公司业绩影响较大；基于谨慎性原则，根据企业会计准则，公司对部分资产及商誉计提减值准备。
