北京商报讯（记者 李海媛）1月17日，中国证监会发文称，经查，发现华英证券保荐的苏州春秋电子科技股份有限公司（发行人）可转债项目，发行人证券发行上市当年营业利润比上年下滑50%以上。按照有关规定，中国证监会决定对华英证券采取出具警示函的行政监督管理措施。同时，中国证监会对上述项目的保荐代表人彭果、訾帅伟采取监管谈话的行政监督管理措施。
