根据市发改委《关于建立市区巡游出租汽车运价动态调整机制的通知》（同发改服价发〔2019〕15号）精神，按照市区巡游出租汽车运价动态调整机制实施办法，春节期间农历除夕至正月十五（2025年1月28日至2025年2月12日），市区巡游出租汽车拟实行运价浮动，巡游出租汽车起步价上浮可超过20%，但上浮额最高不超过3元，即起步价不超过10元。
