据央视新闻，韩国公调处称，当地时间15日10时33分，尹锡悦被捕。
这是韩国宪政史上首次对现任总统执行逮捕令。
据此前报道，韩国公调处和警方人员1月15日凌晨抵达总统官邸，再次执行对尹锡悦的逮捕令。据悉，当天有1200余名警察和40余名公调处调查人员参与执行对尹锡悦的逮捕令。
