三言科技1月15日消息，根据法院备审案件表显示，美国证监会（SEC） 在华盛顿特区联邦法院起诉特斯拉CEO马斯克涉嫌证券违规。美国SEC声称，马斯克在收购社媒平台X前未及时披露大量购买该公司股票。马斯克律师在声明中回应称，美国 SEC针对马斯克的“多年骚扰活动达到顶峰”，表示马斯克“没有做错任何事，每个人都看到了这场骗局的本质”。
