据人民日报客户端消息，1月14日，在2025澳网女单首轮比赛中，中国球员王雅繁经过三盘苦战，以3-6、6-3、6-4险胜邦达尔，取得新赛季首胜，晋级女单第二轮。王雅繁复出以来参加的6个大满贯都至少晋级次轮。她也成为郑钦文、王曦雨之后第三位跻身2025澳网单打次轮的中国球员。王雅繁将在第二轮对阵9号种子卡萨金娜。
