北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 李晗）北京市住建委官网数据显示，2025年1月9日北京新房网签414套，网签面积30947.98平方米，其中住宅网签187套，网签面积20804.98平方米；二手房网签814套，网签面积71081.5平方米，其中住宅网签733套，网签面积67495.55平方米。
