1月8日，国家金融监督管理总局宿州监管分局近日公布的行政处罚信息显示，中国建设银行股份有限公司砀山支行因贷款管理存在缺失，已被处以30万元罚款。同时，该支行时任客户经理王祖威也因同样原因受到5万元罚款的处罚。
