【云南凤钢冬储政策出台】1 月 8 日消息，冬储打款于 1 月 15 日开启，周期约一周，节前打款资金利息 7 厘，价格依当日钢厂结算价。期间可买断，买断资源量不限，1 - 2 月对经销商无销量和资金量考核，冬储结算周期为 1 月 15 日至 3 月 10 日，3 月 10 日前需结算完所有资源。
