格隆汇1月8日｜英国竞争监管机构周三表示，可能会接受芯片设计软件制造商Synopsys和Ansys提出的补救措施，以消除对该笔350亿美元收购交易的担忧。英国竞争和市场管理局(CMA)称，两家公司提出的承诺包括剥离Ansys PowerArtist以及 Synopsys出售光学解决方案集团。CMA将在3月5日之前决定是否接受这些承诺，并有可能将最后期限延长至5月6日。Synopsys 发言人表示，对监管机构的决定感到高兴，双方将与CMA保持“建设性的合作关系”。
