格隆汇1月8日｜今日上午，12306崩了登上热搜，不少用户在微博上表示，“一直登不上去”，“正在买票，在赶时间，希望快点恢复”。 此前的1月6日，就有多位用户反馈12306软件崩了。有的用户表示，买票钱付完看不到购票记录，不知自己是否购买成功。中国铁路12306官方客服当时回应称，12306 App平台刚刚进行系统维护，已经陆续恢复，旅客可刷新页面查询。
