全球两大图片库公司Getty Images和Shutterstock宣布合并，成立一家估值约37亿美元的公司；Getty Images将以现金加股票的方式收购Shutterstock。Getty Images股东将拥有新公司约54.7%的股份，而Shutterstock的股东将拥有 45.3% 的股份。新公司的名称仍为Getty Images，并继续在纽约证券交易所交易，股票代码为 “GETY”。
