【财华社讯】宏光半导体(06908.HK)公布，自2025年1月7日起，罢免梁健鹏执行董事一职。董事会作出此项决议乃经考虑自2024年3月起，梁健鹏已连续九个月失去联系、未能出席及参与所有董事会会议，且未能以执行董事的身份履行其职务及职责。基于上述情况，董事会认为，罢免不会对集团的营运造成任何重大不利影响，且符合公司及其股东的整体最佳利益。
