新京报讯 2025年，副中心将推进环球主题公园二三期项目谋划，加快顶点公园、海昌海洋公园等项目建设，推动“湾里”商业项目开业，积极打造高品质世界级旅游目的地。
与环球度假区仅一街之隔，备受市民关注的“湾里”超级商业娱乐综合体将于2025年下半年开业。
