前国脚于大宝晒出了自己重返本菲卡的照片，同时还称赞了本菲卡的青训学院。
于大宝写道：“本菲卡青训学院是世界上最好的，这里是一个大家庭，无论是球员还是教练，都需要付出很多努力才能留在这里。珍惜这一点❤❤”
2007年年初，于大宝从青岛海利丰（已解散）加盟了本菲卡青训梯队，之后于大宝在本菲卡效力3年半，曾代表本菲卡一线队出场3次，期间曾被三次外租。
