观点网讯：1月3日，西安高新区配套公司发布，秦璟铭园（二期）一标段建设项目在高新区秦渡街道举行了开工仪式。
该项目是西安市、高新区及高科集团重点民生与民心保障类项目，规划用地面积约40.67亩，总建筑面积约113312.12平方米，容积率2.796，设有909个机动车位，住宅共计744套。
项目包括6栋住宅安置楼、3栋配套商业楼和1栋幼儿园。
