财中社1月3日电 天禄科技（301045）发布公告，控股股东陈凌先生解除质押206万股，占其所持股份的8.94%及公司总股本的1.87%；同时办理质押200万股，占其所持股份的8.68%及公司总股本的1.81%。截至公告披露日，陈凌累计质押股份为2288万股，占其持股的99.35%。
2024年前三季度，天禄科技实现收入4.96亿元，归母净利润1997万元。
