根据公告，建发股份2024年中期现金分红金额不低于相应期间归属于上市公司股东的净利润的30%，且不超过相应期间归属于上市公司股东的净利润。
2024年前三季度归母净利润为20.58亿元，派发现金红利总额为11.79亿元，每股派发现金红利0.4元（含税）。利润分配比例为2024年前三季度归母净利润的57.28%，剔除永续债利息后的比例为71.25%。
