- 2025 年：北斗探空数据首次应用于高空基准气候观测。1 月 1 日 7 时 15 分，一颗携带北斗卫星导航探空仪的气球在内蒙古自治区锡林浩特高空观测站顺利升空。半个小时后，第一组探空数据上传至气象大数据云平台 “天擎”，标志着锡林浩特高空观测站正式开始北斗探空业务运行，这是北斗探空业务数据首次应用于高空基准气候观测。
