据中指研究院数据，2024年全年，TOP100房企销售总额为43547.3亿元，同比下降30.6%，降幅较上月缩窄2.3个百分点。12月份单月，TOP100房企销售额同比下降3.41%，降幅有所收窄，环比则仍增长28.86%。
从单家房企销售额来看，今年“销冠”为保利发展控股集团股份有限公司（以下简称“保利发展”），全口径销售额达3230亿元。（证券日报）
