格隆汇12月31日丨中国有色矿业(01258.HK)公告，于2024年12月31日，公司的直接控股附属公司中色香港控股与吉卡明就购买高品位阴极铜订立吉卡明阴极铜购买协议，据此，中色香港控股按总代价约2989.38万美元向吉卡明购买合共3,151.696公吨经中色华鑫湿法加工的高品位阴极铜。
