12月26日，印度餐饮巨头Jubilant FoodWorks宣布，公司已与可口可乐印度私人有限公司签订谅解备忘录，其中包含从可口可乐公司授权装瓶商处收购汽水业务组合和某些其他产品，以及就谅解备忘录中定义的上述产品开展营销活动的主要条款和条件。据了解，Jubilant FoodWorks旗下拥有达美乐比萨和唐恩都乐等多个快餐品牌在印度的特许经营权。
