12月26日消息，日本政府计划在2025年下半年，向Rapidus公司出资1000亿日元（约合人民币46亿元）。现有股东和新股东的资本参与预计合计达到1000亿日元左右，日本政府将进行同等规模的出资。Rapidus计划用作追加购买2027年开始量产所需的极紫外线（EUV）光刻装置等的资金。（共同社）
