据了解，12月24日晚间，美邦服饰披露公告称，公司及公司董事长、总经理周成建、财务总监李莹于2024年12月20日收到上海证监局下发的行政监管措施决定书《关于对上海美特斯邦威服饰股份有限公司、周成建、李莹采取出具警示函措施的决定》。
