财中社12月24日电 国发股份（600538）董事、代理董事长姜烨先生计划自2024年12月25日起的6个月内，通过上海证券交易所增持公司股份，增持金额不低于3000万元，不超过6000万元，增持价格将根据市场情况择机实施。
2024年前三季度，国发股份实现收入2.63亿元，归母净利润-2088万元。
