观点网讯：12月24日，据知情人士透露，世茂集团已下调其位于香港机场附近的喜来登品牌酒店的要价，降幅达到四分之一。目前，世茂集团寻求以至少45亿港元的价格出售位于东涌的18层酒店房产。
