财联社12月24日电，江苏省镇江市住房公积金管理中心12月23日发布《关于优化住房公积金使用政策的通知》，本通知自2025年1月1日起实施。提高改善型住宅住房公积金贷款额度，缴存职工家庭使用住房公积金贷款购买本市改善型住宅（新建商品房）的，其住房公积金贷款最高额度可上浮20%。改善型住宅、绿色建筑住房公积金贷款支持政策不叠加享受。
