12月23日消息，知情人士透露，本田和日产目标于明年6月达成最终合并协议，若经营整合能够顺利达成，预计两家公司将于2026年8月退市。届时，本田将任命新成立的控股公司的总裁。本田和日产计划于今天下午召开记者会，正式对外公布相关情况。（TBS）
