当地时间19日，越南河内一会议中心有多人在用餐后出现头痛和头晕等症状，越南媒体报道称，疑似发生食物中毒。总台记者获悉，截至21日，已有2人死亡，15人入院治疗。
目前有关部门正在就此进行调查。
