美国国会参议院多数党领袖舒默当地时间12月20日表示，参议院已达成协议，将在当地时间午夜前通过临时拨款法案。美国国会于今年9月通过的临时拨款法案将于当地时间12月20日午夜到期，国会必须在21日0点之前采取新的立法行动，为联邦政府继续运转提供资金，否则美国联邦政府部分机构将陷入“停摆”。
