【金诚信子公司签署 9.93 亿美元采矿工程五年期合同】12 月 20 日讯，金诚信称，其子公司金刚矿业与 Kamoa Copper SA 就卡莫阿 - 卡库拉铜矿后续五年的地下开拓和采矿达成承包合同。合同金额约 9.93 亿美元，最终数额依实际完成工作量及合同单价计算。合同工期 5 年，从 2023 年 12 月 13 日至 2028 年 12 月 12 日，或按合同条款延长。
