财中社12月20日电 ESR（01821）发布公告，宣布完成出售ARA私募基金业务的相关交易。根据公告，出售位于美国的ARA私募基金业务已于2024年10月1日完成，而出售美国境外的ARA私募基金业务，包括非美国目标控股公司及ARA Korea Limited的100%股份，已于在2024年12月20日完成。
