财中社12月19日电 林州重机（002535）发布公告，控股股东郭现生将其持有的2160万股股份办理再质押，占其所持股份的9.12%及公司总股本的2.69%；同时解除质押股份2010万股，占其所持股份的8.49%及公司总股本的2.51%。截至公告披露日，郭现生累计质押股份为1.87亿股，占其持股总数的79.02%。
2024年前三季度，林州重机实现收入13.23亿元，归母净利润1.41亿元。
