格隆汇12月19日丨中国电力(02380.HK)公告，于2024年12月19日，平圩二电及平圩三电（均为公司拥有60%权益的附属公司）与远达水务分别订立了工程总承包合同I及工程总承包合同II。根据该等总承包合同，远达水务将以总代价人民币79,802,500元为平圩二电及平圩三电的废水处理设施升级工程提供服务。
