证券时报e公司讯，重庆百货(600729)12月17日晚间公告，公司收到持股5%以上股东天津滨海新区物美津融商贸有限公司（简称“物美津融”）通知，物美津融已于近日获得浦发北京分行出具的《贷款承诺函》。浦发北京分行拟为物美津融增持公司股份提供股票增持专项贷款，贷款额度为不超过1亿元，贷款期限不超过1年。
