北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）12月17日晚间，太极集团（600129）发布公告称，公司拟受让间接控股子公司太极集团重庆桐君阁药厂有限公司（以下简称"桐君阁药厂"）100%股权，并对其现金增资32000万元，增资后桐君阁药厂注册资本由8000万元变更为40000万元。
同时，公司拟受让间接控股子公司太极集团重庆中药二厂有限公司（以下简称"中药二厂"）100%股权，并对其现金增资18500万元，增资后中药二厂注册资本由1500万元变更为20000万元。
