12月14日，第16届人力资本国际研讨会在中央财经大学召开。会上正式发布了《中国人力资本报告2024》。报告指出，2022年，全国劳动力人口的平均年龄是39.72岁，平均受教育年限是10.88年。1985年-2022年间，中国人力资本总量增长14.4倍，价值计算为3166.5万亿元。
