智通财经APP讯，和铂医药-B(02142)发布公告，公司全资附属公司诺纳生物(苏州)有限公司(诺纳生物)，与Candid Therapeutics, Inc.(Candid)已就开发下一代T细胞衔接器(产品)达成一项研究合作及授权协议。根据协议条款，诺纳生物有权获得首付款和潜在里程碑付款最高达3.2亿美元。Candid将负责产品的所有后续开发工作。
