当地时间12月13日，乌克兰能源部长加卢先科表示，整个乌克兰的能源系统正遭受俄罗斯的大规模攻击。他指出，俄罗斯继续对乌克兰实施打击，乌能源设施受到大规模攻击。目前正在采取一切必要措施，尽量减少对能源系统的影响。
对于乌方上述说法，俄罗斯方面暂未做出回应。（总台记者 董薇）
