新京报讯 明年初，中央电视塔周边21万平方米将启动城市更新。该片区公共空间改造提升项目近日已获北京市发改委批复，既会疏通拥堵道路，还将让樱花蔓延出玉渊潭公园，形成连片观赏区。2026年建成后，这一公共空间将向市民免费开放。
