当地时间12月10日，美国候任总统特朗普在其社交平台“真相社交”上发帖称，他将提名安德鲁·弗格森（Andrew N. Ferguson）出任美国联邦贸易委员会主席。安德鲁自2024年起担任联邦贸易委员会委员。他曾于2022年至2024年担任弗吉尼亚州副总检察长。此前他曾在华盛顿特区的几家律师事务所担任反垄断诉讼律师。
