12月1日，中国能建东北院中标宁安3×100兆瓦风电总承包项目。
宁安3×100兆瓦风电总承包项目计划安装36台单机容量8.5/6.5兆瓦轮毂高140米的混塔型风力发电机组，项目计划2025年并网发电；预计每年可提供清洁电能约9亿千瓦时，节约标准煤约25.6万吨，减少二氧化碳排放约69万吨。
