财联社12月8日电，中指法拍数据库监测，截至11月底，2024年全国法拍市场挂拍法拍住宅数量累计28.9万套(包含已成交、已流拍、已中止、暂缓、撤回)，较2023年1-11月31.2万套同比减少约7.2%。累计成交法拍住宅拍品数量约10.4万套，总成交金额1471.9亿元；较2023年累计成交9.9万套增加约6.1%，2023年同期总成交金额1503.6亿元，减少约31.6亿元。
