12月6日消息，据巴基斯坦工业集团Engro向巴基斯坦证券交易所提交的文件，巴基斯坦移动通信公司的铁塔资产Deodar将与Engro旗下的Engro Connect公司。Engro将为Deodar偿还3.75亿美元债务提供担保，并为巴基斯坦移动额外提供1.877亿美元。
