近年来，浙江省江山市大桥镇“馨桥工疗”共富工坊采取“党建联盟+企业帮扶+剩余劳力”的发展模式，充分吸收本村及周边特殊群体、剩余劳动力就近务工。在疗养中心，一楼设有共享食堂供工人免费用餐，除务工收入外还额外提供补贴，实现“务工+疗养”两不误。
