近日，澳大利亚裁判文书网JADE（Judgments and Decisions Enhanced）显示，针对奥迪对蔚来在澳大利亚提交的“ES6、ES7、ES8”商标注册申请提出的异议，澳大利亚知识产权局已于当地时间11月28日做出决定，支持了蔚来的核心主张，驳回了奥迪的异议请求，并允许蔚来的商标申请在澳大利亚继续注册。（36氪）
