12月2日，中船集团旗下上海外高桥造船有限公司首制8600车液化天然气(LNG)双燃料动力大型汽车运输船(PCTC)顺利出坞，达成船坞周期100天既定目标，即下坞至起浮50天，起浮至出坞50天，在民船建造领域继续保持“加速度”。
