证券时报e公司讯，和远气体(002971)12月3日晚间公告，为加快公司在电子特气及电子化学品领域的快速发展，公司拟使用自有资金与湖北同富创业投资管理有限公司、长证绿色基金共同发起设立星远长证产业投资基金。基金总规模不超过2亿元，公司拟作为有限合伙人认缴出资不超过1亿元。
